The checkout is not very clear !!!! It doesn't tell me to remove items that are not available so l didn't know I wasn't getting checked out. I called and asked for Chad like my screen told me and the person told me Chad would call in 20minutes when he got off the phone. Well it's the next day and still no Chad, so l called again and got on hold as number 2 and should be answered in 1 minute. Not true.or even close.lets see what the 20 items look like when they get here in 6 days.

shipping options were rather slow. picked 3 day but it stated that the delivery day would be 6 days?
Needs more of a selection, and better mailing options. The mailing options are far too expensive.
Only issue was in the packaging and shipping caused 2 of the bottles to be dented due to how the bottles were placed in the box.
I am ordering for a few players on my HS team who can't afford to buy items. This is my first time ordering from your company so will see if I am satisfied and would order in the future. Since economy shipping goes to USPS I need my Po or box # on the order
I purchased an item and needed to return it. I was told I would not be charged a restocking fee if I reordered within 14 days of the return. I have tried to call your customer service dept for several days now and am unable to get thru. I have been in the queue with wait times over 30 minutes. I have given up trying to reach you via the phone and just placed my new order online. The restocking fee if not worth my time waiting on the phone.
I have really enjoyed shopping here.
