great products; great customer service
The shipping options changed depending on what I ordered, which didn't make any sense: I changed my order from the pair of shorts I most wanted to another pair so that I could get the economy shipping, which was not available for the other (slightly more expensive) shorts that were my first choice.

First time user. Noticed some items were free shipping if you spent over $100 or something like that. I spent over $1000 Thought shipping could have been free but to be honest the amount I saved provided the uniforms are the quality I am expecting I really can't complain.

On-line check out was easy. Very dissatisfied with customer service. When I got a return call I asked for help matching jerseys that we order last year and the representative told me the search engine was easy to use.
I was excited to find the sports apparel the kids needed.. I found a free shipping on a discount site that just said click and it will be applied...It also took me to Epic site.. no discounts applies.. So the better prices I found on your site have to have shipping added. If I go to the store, I pay no shipping
