I had some difficulty determining sizes for my purchases, and I called in customer service, and they were not only helpful, but friendly. I also liked that when you check out, you added the additional step to verify purchase one last time after inputting the credit card information. My overall experience for my initial purchase was good. I don't usually do on-line purchases if I can help it.
