I think the shipping charges are outrageous.
Website is navigable, transparent, and checkout has always worked well for me. My ongoing comment is that I wish Red Lion products were available in "adult" or "large" sizes. I wish they had more "large" or "adult" size for Red Lion socks. Otherwise, every aspect of the transaction was satisfactory.
The only problem I have is that you except PayPal Credit. Other than that your company is great!
