I like your product but the shipping is what kills me. For a small business owner that is a lot of money because if I want my shirts in the next 3 days I would have to basically pay $30 something dollars. Its like buying 3 more shirts. But over all yall's site is great!! Thank you!!
First visit and made a purchase. Very likely to visit this site again for sporting goods. I'm not too thrilled about shipping prices however, i did select ground and that's free so who can complain about free shipping. My complaint is seeing that it will arrive on August 15th, that's two weeks. Hopefully it will be sooner than that but again its free.
Had to buy 9 shirts for soccer camp. I ordered following size charts and recommendations. All shirts are too large. At least three can't be returned bc they were closeouts.
it was very difficult talking w/customer service about return and exchange. it was like tearing the answer from him. I wanted to know policy about return for exchange for better size of item...at first with this experience I did not want to do business with Epic...since Epic had better price I had no choice, except for shipping cost...no matter where, they are always high. it was not a pleasant conversation about returns
Epic Sports delivered everything as ordered in a timely manner the last time I purchased through them. Having said that, I thought I would give another try being it went so well last time.
I ordered one football jersey for a sample I will be ordering some where around 30 more in the near future
Delivery was the worst ever
PayPal would be nice
