I was impressed by the tremendous quality of the umpire cap(s) I ordered previously, so much so, I ordered one as a gift for a sibling. I liked the fact that the garment didn't utilize the normal short-cuts for fastening. i.e. the hat was fitted and not outfitted with snaps or velcro, etc. I was really turned off by the shipping charge, as it was as much or more than the product price.
I love the site and the prices but I thought the amount I ordered I would get free shipping but not so, other than that I would liketo see more plus size under garments. I wanted to order more but sizes were not available .
Had one prior miscommunication issue, but the personnel at Epic were courteous and informed me of my misinterpretation of multiple delivery options and the unavailability of all stated items on product lists due to manufacturer delays/inventory management requirements.
This is my first order, so I did not order for the entire team. I would like to see the quality of these items first hand.
I found exactly what I was looking for. The price was very reasonable. The checkout process was quick and easy. The shipping rate was too high.
