I usually expect to get free shipping on orders about $50, but that wasn't an option. I had a concern about shipping because we are moving, but customer service rep wasn't able to help with that either. Good prices and good selection, but as a new customer it'd be nice to get some perks or some way to help out.
PAYPAL option would be nice.
I have dealt with EPIC SPORTS many times in the past 3 years and even though there are several other sites, they are my first choice. Not only because of their products but their customer service as well, keeps me coming back.

you need to provide a cross reference between the item number on the invoice and the actual item number on the garment. you need a button on the item purchased to allow the customer to return directly to the page the item was purchased on.
Did not like that dates for back order items would continually change. This caused a delay in getting my order it, which in turn cost us more money in shipping to hopefully get it on time. Also, if I'm paying extra to get 3-day shipping, I expect a guaranteed delivery date. Other vendors do.
This order was for Little League and Oregon and I've already shared your website with surrounding area board members of other leagues!
