Your expected delivery dates versus when order placed does not compare with dates posted on checkout process. If order is place on 12th and needed next day, why would someone pay the exorbitant charge to have delivered on the 15th....3 days later. I understand the order needs pulled and processed but a next day shipment expected to arrive on the 15th when ordered on the 12th with a huge price for the next day service. I wish there was a zoom button so I could look at the item more closely. I would also like promo codes so I could get a little discount or free shipping. I order the rainbow visor for my face mask it was not received nor the purchase order for the items they sent. Totally frustrated as I have waited over 2 weeks and no one has reached out to me because of the selay. When finally recd. Items were missing
The caps were shipped in a flimsy bag, rather than a box. The bag arrived open and dirty, but fortunately the caps were all good. This is the first time I've received caps in a bag and they're really not the right type of product that should be shipped in this manner. I will request a box for my next order, but I shouldn't have to.
