“In reviewing my order I was permitted to edit my shipping...” In reviewing my order I was permitted to edit my shipping address, billing address, etc. but I could not edit / change the quantify of the items ordered without going back to the shopping cart and having to then re-enter my credit card number. That being said I am satisfied with this company.

“easy to pick out products” easy to pick out products. Your site said my email was already a registered account, but then said I had the wrong password. Then it said I did not have an email signed up with Epic sports. Then I tried creating an account for the 3rd time and it said my email is already registered. Had to sign out and pay as a guest.

“It would be nice to have a better description of the...” It would be nice to have a better description of the item like can it be used to heat press graphics on it. I also had a horrible shipping experience last time so I am still a little frustrated by that experience

“Would be 5 star but shipping lead times and especially...” Would be 5 star but shipping lead times and especially price are out of line! $35 for expedited shipping that still had 7 day delivery was almost enough to cancel order. Even as it is...,$10+ for 10 day delivery for 10 pair of socks is still very high!
