Used and Defective merchandise shipped I ordered a exercise tape. They sent me a copy, even had black and white copy paper for title on DVD box. Box was dirty, sticky and food residue. The DVD did not work. After two days and several hours with the return department by chat only, no human contact. They told me they would contact their vendor. I spent more time getting no where for a $20.00 DVD. I am giving a least a 2 because two of the items arrived from another location perfect.

Your site is not easy to navigate Your site is not easy to navigate. Shipping rate is ridiculous, I could literally take all the 13 shorts I purchased and put them in a medium USPS flat rate box and get it to a customer within two days for less than what you are charging me.
