The first time I wrote it off as just that brand running big but now I am lead to believe all your products run big. Your no return or exchange policy on these items leaves customers frustrated.

“The delay time and the processing time for using P.O.s...” The delay time and the processing time for using P.O.s is cumbersome. Also, the full process is not stated online. You make is seem as if all you have to do is fax it. No mention that you need a copy of the P.O. nor does it mention you need to speak with the bookkeeper. Also, my order was received Wednesday and no one called until Friday to start processing. All of this adds time to the order.
