I think we all felt that your assistant was very unorganized! I realize that we were really pushing this closing through but continually being asked for the same paperwork or additional paperwork was frustrating. I would think there would be a more streamline process for your business practices.

I highly recommend Bill and his team at LeaderOne for anyone seeking a mortgage. Bill is honest and doesn't sugar coat information. He makes himself available outside of traditional "banking" hours, so you don't have to miss work to go through the mortgage lending process. He takes the time to make sure his clients understand the process and have their questions answered. He also takes the time to make sure his clients are working within their means and don't become "house poor" after the sale.
Was very willing to help me and explain things. Sometimes he had to explain it multiple times but seemed very happy to help. Only complaint at times was hard to get a hold of but it was a very busy time so understandable
