Eric is great. When evryone said no. He was able to get mr prequal an into my house. He went beyond his job to make sure everything was okay. If i needed to ask a question he was always advailable even on weekend. Because of his knowledge an tireless effort i was able to close on time. And move into my new home. I used Eric who worked with my bank BoA and did a great job. I maintained most of my business and personal accounts with BoA so I was pre qualified and I had an extremely high credit score. I obtained a great rate and BoA removed internal guidelines to give me a conforming loan rate even though I only put 35% down.
Super helpful , he did a great job and was there always in time and ready to answer every question and willing to show us as many properties as we need it and want it to see before making a decision
