HFG was very helpful and professional through all steps of the refinance process. They were understanding while o was shopping around and kindly matched or beat any of the other offers anytime I talked to them about it. They were personable and called me every Tuesday to give me an update on where the loan was. I enjoyed HFG as a refinance option.
The communication was great—always friendly, professional, timely. I was always kept up to date with how things were progressing and notified if there was anything I needed to do, and when we hit a snag with insurance, they pulled through with their own, equally fabulous, recommendation that kept us right on track. They actually made the process fun and stress-free. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
The service was professional and convenient. Most of the dealings were performed online.\nI did fine the email communications and videos were a little too much. Having done this in the past I did not feel I needed so much information.
