Eric did a great job finding good rates and always had contingency plans in case something went wrong with the closing. He was always available to speak when needed. The only area opportunity for improvement I would like to see is reduce the number of different people the client speaks with. Overall Eric and his team did a great job and I would use them again. Thank you!
Eric and the team made my first home purchase experience an extremely easy and pleasant process. The communication throughout the entire process was unmatched and the methods used to complete each step were well laid out creating for a very user-friendly time. Very glad to have been recommended to Eric. Felt confident and comfortable I would be taken care of from the introductory to the closing phone call!

I thought the discussion over the loan options was good. The website was helpful and easy to load documentation and a phone call once a week was good. I didn't ever feel like I didn't know what was going on and I also didn't worry about anything.
