I reached out to Eric because I had had a great experience with my first home purchase in AZ in 2012. At that time, Eric was the only person I communicated with. For my recent experience, there were a couple of other staff that I communicated with and there were some periods of what I thought was disorganization on the staff's part. I received emails and calls to submit certain information and after that was completed, I would receive an email that other information was needed. Disorganized.
Eric and his team are knowledgable and willing to work with you no matter your level of understanding. They took the time to answer all your questions throughout the whole process. They took the time to provided me information about multiple scenarios and allowed me to make my own decision on my own time. They also clearly communicated and kept me up to date throughout the whole process.
Communication from the Murrietta team was excellent. Eric reached out to us personally on multiple occasions during the process just to see how we were doing and to ask if we had any questions for the team. Communication is key, but often missed given that the market is so incredibly busy out here, so the Murrietta team was a breath of fresh air.
Eric and his team provided exceptional and timely customer service, and made the process for getting our loan extremely simple from start to finish. When we had a question, we always got a quick response, even if it was on a Saturday or Sunday.
