Eric was extremely helpful. During the Mortgage process. it became frustrating and I knew that anytime I needed an explanation or had any question Eric would always answer my questions and do so promptly. If he was busy he would let me know when he could contact me back, which he followed through on 100% of the time. Eric also asked along the way if I had questions or let me know the progress of the loan. I would recommend working with Eric because he truly cares and he can truly get things done.
