Eric and his team (Nick & Kyle) made the home buying process a lot easier than i anticipated. Quick responses and lower closing costs than expected! Eric & his team answered all questions i had as a clueless first time home buyer! Eric never let me give up on searching for a home even when i thought finding one would be impossible.
This team was so efficient and communicated very well throughout the whole process. They brought us to settlement in about 16 days (record timing). The app made things so easy to use and was a great tool.
