The process was so much easier than I ever expected, and I was kept up on all communications. Answered calls weekends/ nights...etc. Took less than a day for pre-approval, and when it came down for final approval, was informed could take a few days but I had my approval in less than 24 hours. Would definitely use again if needed.

We had the smoothest buying/mortgage experience we could possibly imagine. Eric and his team were very personable, always available for questions and any hour/weekend, and were fun to work with. Eric and team were able to get us a pre-approval same day so we could get our offer in quickly and the mortgage cleared for settlement 20+ days faster than our previous mortgage. Would highly recommend Eric and we would definitely use him again if we ever decided to move.
