We had the smoothest buying/mortgage experience we could possibly imagine. Eric and his team were very personable, always available for questions and any hour/weekend, and were fun to work with. Eric and team were able to get us a pre-approval same day so we could get our offer in quickly and the mortgage cleared for settlement 20+ days faster than our previous mortgage. Would highly recommend Eric and we would definitely use him again if we ever decided to move.
