We had the smoothest buying/mortgage experience we could possibly imagine. Eric and his team were very personable, always available for questions and any hour/weekend, and were fun to work with. Eric and team were able to get us a pre-approval same day so we could get our offer in quickly and the mortgage cleared for settlement 20+ days faster than our previous mortgage. Would highly recommend Eric and we would definitely use him again if we ever decided to move.

I can’t say enough good things about Eric and his team. We’ve now purchased 2 homes in 4 years, both times using only Eric and Guaranteed Rate and both have been great experiences. Eric and his team were absolutely incredible to work with! They were extremely fast to answer emails, transparent about the mortgage process, and genuinely kind people that we enjoyed working with. Eric helped us lock in our interest rate early in our house hunting process, which was a game changer for us. Eric, Nick and the rest of the team were outstanding!
