For a first time home buyer, the overwhelming and confusing understanding of all the documents and fees was significantly easier thanks to Eric. He was always professional, friendly, kind and was always available for questions/assistance. I would also say that not only was he helpful; we felt like he was very transparent with everything involved in the purchase of our first home.
