When I heard the rates were going down as we got into the pandemic, I initially thought I would ignore the savings a refinance would provide for me because the loan process is notorious for being painful and drawn out. Not only am I saving a pretty decent amount of money each month, but I achieved this by using Eric. When I was purchasing my home, Eric helped me clean up my credit so I would qualify for my loan. He had all the paper work I needed prior to the banks asking for the information. He was extremely knowledgeable and since then I have referred him to several other friends and family members who I know he has helped as well.

Eric does a fantastic job getting people the mortgage that best fits their needs. As a Realtor, I want to know that when I am recommending a mortgage professional they will get the job done while taking great care of my clients. Eric does that and more. I know when my clients are making an offer, financing is not a concern with Eric. I trust my business to Eric so much that I used him with my personal home purchase and the process went great.
