I have worked with Eric as a client and on many transactions as a Realtor. I met Eric when I was attempting to refinance my personal mortgage. He was able to get me a great rate and advise me on which loan product to use. Eric is very professional and knowledgeable; and as importantly, he is very responsive. I can call, text, or email him around the clock and usually reach him immediately. If not, he responds within a couple hours.
