I had a crown replaced recently and it went very well! The process was explained thoroughly and Dr Ericksen made me feel very comfortable. In a previous cleaning, the hygienist, Amanda, was also wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this dental office!
We had tried many dental offices in Mesa over the last 14 years, but just had terrible luck. There are plenty of dentists out there, but we just weren't satisfied with the customer service or quality of care they and their staff provided. I finally started asking friends for recommendations. My routine procedure had some extenuating circumstances that took time to process. My comfort was always a matter of staff's concern. Staff communicated well and were very proficient.
Dr. Ericksen and his staff are wonderful - they are pleasant and help you feel relaxed. Both the dentist and hygienist are thorough, yet gentle. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!
