Dr Ericksen and his staff are patient and professional. When my crown re-do took longer than expected (more than 2 hrs longer!), they worked through their lunch break w/o saying a word. Dr. Ericksen is a perfectionist when it comes to dentistry, and I take comfort in knowing he will do his utmost best on my teeth. Plus they are fun to visit with!

When I have an appointment at 9:30, I expect to be in on time or very shortly after that. My time is valuable also. I understand when Dr. Ericksen has to take care of business also, it cuts into his dentistry. Maybe he needs to hire someone to take care of the business part! Thank you,
My first cleaning with Dr Ericksen's office was great. My hygienist (Amanda) who performed my cleaning always asked my pain level throughout the entire process. She was very informative with post care of cleaning. I'm a healthcare professional and would recommend Dr Ericksen and his staff to my patients.
