I consider those that work at the office to be very nice. He is a very gentle person when he is working on my teeth. I appreciate that so much. He explains to me what he needs to do and what he has done. Thanks so much!
I'm the kind of patient who appreciates completely understanding any dental procedure, and Dr. Ericksen patiently explains everything and fully answers my questions. I also appreciate the comfortable office; no stuffy pretense. Just warm and welcoming - I feel like family...and the first dental experience where I feel comfortable enough TO ask questions at the Front Desk about insurance and payment related matters. Back office is awesome, too.
