Appointments and Recently I was scheduled for a routine cleaning. After further evaluation, a deep cleaning was recomended. Ther reason why was explained to me and we agreed on the deep cleaning. It was also explained to me that it would be more costly but it strongly recommended and I agreed. I was quoted a price for the deep cleaning. After the process was completed, I was told that there was an additional $45.00 fee. I don't appreciate that kind of surprise and I said so, but no change in the total cost was made. I was a tough case, most 31 year old people don't have to have all of their teeth pulled but Dr. Ericksen was very understanding about my condition and very financially accommodating. After seeing several other dentists Dr. Ericksen was the best in every way, gave me a game plan and got it done. Can't proffer enough praise.

The appointment was on time and efficient. Amanda did a great job as always with a great cleaning and outstanding patient care. After cleaning, Dr. Ericksen followed up with an oral examination and provided feedback for a crown that was placed a few months prior. The xrays showed that the crown was sealed an entacted. The post/tooth was a difficult challenge and rebuild. Fortunately Dr. Ericksen was able to save the tooth. Great Job to the entire staff.
