From the first meeting with Eric, our sales rep, until the cleanup and sign off, everything went smoothly and as promised. The roof looks great. The shingles Erie used and the ridge vent seemed to have solved my hot spot problems. Erie is a first class company with great roofing, communication,, and service.

Rep Jason was so professional and courteous when he came to our home. Explained the product in great detail and made us feel at ease.
