Excellent service by sales team as well as laborers. Very happy with work etc. I did find it a bit odd when foremen etc. who were out to inspect the work didn’t say hello or anything when I was leaving for work. Stood in driveway as I said hi without any response. I am part of the reason they’re working. Overall no big deal just sorta weird.

Salesperson was great in explaining the products, installation team got work done in one day. The only complaint was that there was 8 bundles of roofing left and they threw all of it in the dumpster!!! That was money wasted!!

Workers did a good job. Each one knew what his job was. Price for this area was to high and I wish I had got another estimate. The salesman was too Hi pressure ie gave me one price and said if I didn’t sign the contract the price would go up.

The crew did a very good job on the removal and installation of the the new roof. My wife and I were satisfied with the job it looks good.

I have done roofing when I was young & I know what needs to be done. Our home was built in 1962. This team stripped , repaired & covered the house in a single day. All rubbish & debris removed. We just had Erie replace the roof on our primary residence and it was the second Erie roof we have had put on one of our properties. After the first one, we were so impressed with the speed of the work that the crew did, and the warranty offered, that we knew we wanted to use Erie when it was time to replace the next one.
