I have to say that everyone was fantastic. The sales rep was great and was very nice. The loan department was very nice also. The customer service was awesome and very helpful.

Very professional team. The entire project was executed in one day. All trash and debris were cleaned up , nails and pins etc were cleaned up with magnetic roller. The manager / supervisor Ryan is very well put together. Managed the project to our complete satisfaction. Finally, I must say, the roof looks beautiful. Only thing I would like to say here ( that is why I docked one star) they are pricey.

Great job. The crew were their first thing in the morning and finished and all cleaned up by the end of the day. It came out great! Looks very good. Even better then it looked in the software the salesman used.

I was very pleased with the roofing job performed by Erie. The team was timely, efficient, and professional. I appreciated the cleanup. We just had our first big sustaining rain and the pleasure of not hearing the drips above was comforting! Thank you Jesus!
