The crew arrived timely and seemed to be professional. However most of the crew did not speak English. Our roof does look fantastic however. Our sales person stated all installers were certified Erie installer. This may have been the case, However, Installers did not arrive in a Erie construction Van, nor did they have uniforms of any kind to indicate who they worked for. The quality so far is good and looks nice on my home from ground level. I'm not capable or willing to go up on my roof.

I would highly recommend getting a roof installed by the Erie Team! From the Team who gave the estimate with all their information that was given to us about the quality of the materials being used to the install process was great! The install Team did a wonderful job in such a short amount of time! We honestly were not trying to get a roof this year, but with the Erie Team helping us with install now & start payment in a year (on approved credit), it worked out! Planned for two days but rained the first. Crew was able to get all done on the second day alone. Great communication from supervisor and crew was pleasant. Spent a lot of time cleaning up everything and checking for nails.
