You did good. But, you gave me wrong information about 30 years guarantee. You don’t have 30 years warranty. That was my biggest concern with you guys!

I reached out for a quote, scheduled for a Thursday and Wednesday they canceled with option to reschedule. They called me Monday shortly after 1pm and rescheduled for Tuesday at 6PM. It's now Tuesday @ 7:25pm and NOTHING! No show, no call, no text, nothing. It's upsetting that a company can be so cavalier about business.
