Good experience start to finish. Salesman was very helpful and, rather that trying up-sell us actually down-sold us to a product that better met our needs (fiberglass shingles vs. metal roof). Install was completed in one day and cleanup appeared very thorough. They broke a couple of my landscape lights but, at least so far, I haven't found any nails or any significant debris laying around. The roof looks great. From start to finish Erie has been great to work with! The salesman was helpful and explained everything. The team they sent out was great too. They were fast and friendly and clean. There were even some hiccoughs and Erie took care of everything. Having a roof replaced seemed like it was going to be very stressful, but Erie made it a breeze!
