Had a great experience with Erie Home Sales people were knowledgeable about the product and available for questions. Installation manager was prompt with scheduling information. Installers did a great job. Very happy with the finished product.

Salesman was very polite and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The installers showed up when they said that they would and wasted no time getting started and worked right till the job was done and cleaned everything up. I will recommend Erie to everyone that I know. Great Job!!

Very happy with the entire process. Justin and his associate were very knowledgeable about the products that would be best for our roof and answered all of our questions. They were very responsive to any additional concerns we had. The job was scheduled quickly by Ken. The installers were timely and once they were informed about the job, it was completed as contracted. Clean-up was thorough and the job well done. The new roof looks great! Thanks Erie Home! From the salesman Bill Norris to Installation Manager Ken Farrell to the crew that replaced our roof, the treatment by them all was very professional, courteous and helpful. The work crew cleaned up and you wouldn't know they'd been there. A terrific job done by all involved Thank you.

Our roof was installed in late March, installation went well. Communication was a struggle, along with follow up. But all in all our experience was good, just took a little longer then planned.

Very pleased with the whole job from the beginning Evan Euler was up front with the products offered and very easy to talk to Kenny the project manager getting my job schedule so fast. And a great thanks to Monica Rodriguez and her install team for a job well done they took that extra mile so none of the landscaping got damaged and a well done clean up. Thanks again. Company had pleasant people to work with. After being here for three days, the clean up of tear off, repairs, and other materials was impeccable. Workers returned to deal with a couple of items and we are very pleased with end results for the new roof to our log cabin.
