WOW!!!---Erie Home did a great job installing our new roof. It was just installed a few days ago. They did a thorough inspection, and explained their installation process and products. It took two days to complete. The crew was on time, professional and efficient. Clean up could have been a little better, but it was getting dark at the time. I would recommend this company.
I cannot say enough good things about everyone who works with/for this company. I didn’t plan on getting my roof done so early in the year and just wanted an estimate. Haden and Nate made the consult fun and informative. The whole project was started less than 2 weeks and completely finished in one day. This is my 3rd try at writing my review for Erie on their site. If you want to see my very detailed review see my review on Erie's BBB page. I was very pleased with the product and the installation of the product. We have had 3 very strong wind storms since the roof was installed. Many homes around us had roof damage, but our roof came through with no damage. My only issue is that the installation (in February) was completed in the dark with flashlights. Erie did a great job of explaining what we needed after their thorough inspection. They explained all the products they would be using and we were impressed with the quality. The roof looks wonderful and the crew was efficient and cleaned up thorough.
Crew was courteous and did a good job cleaning up. Can't really rate the product yet as was just installed. Looks great tho.
Overall pleased with the whole transaction with Erie. There was some miscommunication and misunderstandings on things but they were cleared up rather quickly. Keeping a star because the install crew killed a few flowers in the flowerbed and bent two gutters in the process.
On time and fast. Old roof off and new roof on in the same day. They installed gutters on one side of the house that didn’t have a gutter. Extremely pleased with their service snd customer support. Thank you for a job well done.
Erie Homes completed our new roof, inc!uding tear off and repairs, in just one day! I was delighted by their professionalism and demeanor around me and my family. They were efficient and successful. They were careful around my house and yard and the cleanup was thorough. I am completely satisfied with the workmanship and beautiful look of the finished roof. I would use Erie Homes for any future projects I might need.
