Roof was completed quickly with minimal disruption around our house. Clean up was efficient and very thorough.
Wonderful and great
The sale and installation were flawless. The salesman promised since I referred friends for windows, I would be getting a gift card, but never received it. Salesman also stated he would be by 30 days or so after installation to make sure all is well. I have not seen or heard from anyone. I like the quality of the windows but the follow up leaves me a little leary to refer anyone else. : (
We recently had our roof replaced by Erie Home and are extremely pleased with the entire experience. From the initial quote to the completion of the roof replacement, their customer service was outstanding. The team was professional and attentive throughout the process. From start to finish, both my wife and I were very pleased with the work ERIE ROOFING did on or New Roof. The 30-year IKO Dynasty Shingles look fantastic.. A few places could be better. The material used on glitterds was a little too big. Some material could have been replaced on the contheral ceiling only places replaced.
Company is great! They were kind and understanding and super fast as well! Worked with us on financing and very professional from start to finish.
I was satisfied with the work. I was disappointed that the Erie sales representative didn’t communicate the decking that needed to be replaced to the roofing crew. When I showed the roofing crew it was too late fix. Also, I was told the morning of when work would start someone from the roofing crew would speak to me but they didn’t not.
Awesome company!!! Very fast , professional and always polite. Anyone needing roofing, siding, windows or gutters should definitely give Erie a call!!!!
