Overpriced product, but you are paying for the warranty. The craftsmanship is first class. The lending institutions used by this company are predatory at best. That is coming from someone who has a 800 credit score. The salesman was honest, the manager of the roofing crew was great. The actual head of the roofing crew was awesome. Would I recommend? The big issues were that the decking that I pointed out to the salesman, was replaced. That was supposed to be communicated to the working crew but it wasn't or they didn't remember. Also, the day the work started, the onsight foreman, never spoke to us, which didn't allow for the decking issue to be mentioned.

The sale and installation were flawless. The salesman promised since I referred friends for windows, I would be getting a gift card, but never received it. Salesman also stated he would be by 30 days or so after installation to make sure all is well. I have not seen or heard from anyone. I like the quality of the windows but the follow up leaves me a little leary to refer anyone else. : (
