A few places could be better. The material used on glitterds was a little too big. Some material could have been replaced on the contheral ceiling only places replaced.

I was satisfied with the work. I was disappointed that the Erie sales representative didn’t communicate the decking that needed to be replaced to the roofing crew. When I showed the roofing crew it was too late fix. Also, I was told the morning of when work would start someone from the roofing crew would speak to me but they didn’t not.

From salesperson to installers they did a great job and I don't know if all jobs are like this but from the time I talk to the salesperson it only took one week and I had my new roof on and it looks great

Erie started my roof and a day and half later they torn off the old roof, installed ridge vents and shingles. Cleaned up yard completely. No shingle parts or shingle nails found after inspection. I was satisfied with the job they did. Would recommend them highly.
