Very good work. Just bought a new house, and like many things stuff needs to be replaced. We got in touch, and the sales representatives were really helpful, they did so much, and got us a lot of deals and well as getting our monthly payments within our budgets. We loved working with the sales staff from the Charlotte NC store. Craig arrived on time and carefully explained their roofing system and the products they installed. After we got down to the cost Craig then worked with us to find financing for our new roof. Our house didn't qualify for a metal roof and that was fine by me. Our house is very plain and out in the country so keeping the rain out was my main priority. The outstanding warranty on installation and materials sold me. We desperately needed a new roof! I think the roof is good. It’s not my “ thing. “ to know about roofs. The part that bothered me was it looked like you used illegals to do the work instead of people who need jobs who are citizens of the USA.. Am I wrong about that? Were those men citizens? Anyway , I think the colors I chose look very nice with the color of my house.

After initial problems with communications, Erie Roofing completely resolved the issue I had with them. They were very responsive (thanks Todd), and because of my experience, I can recommend them as a contractor.

I am adding this addendum to my review today, as I have now been contacted and assured by Michael that the repair of my ceiling is in process, and I was further contacted by the person who will be managing the repair. The response was immediate and responsive, and I am pleased with the company's attitude towards resolving this.

I scheduled a roof estimate with Erie Roofing and two employees arrived on time on 02/28/22. While in my attic space looking at the condition of the roof wood, employee Michael Arroyo stepped through my ceiling, causing substantial damage. Photos were taken and I was assured this damage would be addressed ASAP. Two days later, I cannot contact anyone at Erie Roofing Charlotte, or the corporate office (spoke to person answering phone who moved me on to a "service rep" but no one answered, or called me back).
