I about died when I found out how much my son paid to have a new roof put on my house for me. He obviously hired first guy to give him a quote and didn't bother getting any others. Now my house is just your common size and style "1st home" 3 bdrm. ranch, hardly no pitch at all to the roof with no attic at all. $35k 😳 On top of that, I had to stay on top of them while installing, they were trying to "skip" promised repairs where there were holes, and when dropping bundles of shingles on the roof, they caused a glass globe on... read more

The workers were very good. They worked fast, efficiently, and cleaned up great. The only problem was that we were told for over 1 week, including the day before that they would be here around 6:30. We got up at 6 and waited. When i called 3 hour later to inquire I was told that idhad been decided to do a different house first. The person said he did not want to call and bother us. We could have slept later with just a little courtesy. The team got here about 1:30 pm.
