Would have been a 5 star instead of 4 since the work and the cleanup were all great. Crew was responsive to my requests about reinstalling my gutter screens and cleaning gutter litter from the landscape rocks. They did neglect to get the required city permit before starting the job. The building and zoning guy stopped the job while waiting for the paperwork to be submitted. Delay ended up being about a half hour and the job was still done in one very long day with a crew of about 10 on my large and complicated roof.

The process was overall very smooth. We are very pleased with our new windows. The only reason I gave them a 4, rather than a 5 is due to the subcontractor not cleaning up as well as they should have. Very nice, but left some screws on the floor. Didn't get all the debris cleaned up. Overall would definitely recommend.

completely satisfied from consultation to installation and clean up. Impressed with the underlayment and fiberglas shingle. Arrived at 8:00 and job completed by 4:00, including cleanup. Looks great!
