The installers were very productive and careful to cleanup all the debris that blew around my property and in my neighbors yards after being given permission to go there. It was very cold the first day and I'm impressed with their dedication and professional touches on this beautiful roof they put on my home.

The sales pitch was a HARD pitch. They were the only company we contacted who did a full inspection and actually got into the attic space and located our issues we were having with our 25 year old roof. We went with the fiber glass shingle as it was a huge upgrade from what we had. The overall communication from Erie was sub-par. I had to reach out to find out when we were on the schedule, and the install manager wasn't even going to come out until I requested they do. The roof tear off down of the old asphalt and cedar shake shingles down to the old wood slats was fast, maybe 3 hours. They redecked the entire roof with OSB and completed the roof in a day including most of the cleanup. They then arrived early the next morning and made sure all the little bits were cleaned up and reattached gutters as well as added additional sealant to the vent pipe boots and painted the pipes to match the shade of the roof in barely an hour the next morning. I told the salesman that I did not want my roof exposed to the weather and he promised me that it would not. The existing snow on the roof was blown of with a leaf blower or shoveled of with snow shovels, The job was completed inn one and a half days. They had a crew that knew exactly what to do. It snowed again after it was completed. I have received a compliment from one neighbor down the street of how surprised they were at the speed it was finished.
