I told the salesman that I did not want my roof exposed to the weather and he promised me that it would not. The existing snow on the roof was blown of with a leaf blower or shoveled of with snow shovels, The job was completed inn one and a half days. They had a crew that knew exactly what to do. The process of choosing my roofing materials was very smooth and the information was presented clearly so I could make informed choices. My project was delayed due to supply issues and weather, but Erie kept in touch regularly to give me updates every step of the way. I never had to wonder if they forgot about my project. Well overall everything was great the workers had good communication with us about any changes they did with the roof clean up was ok they did leave all of the left over roofing materials on the front lawn even after contacting Erie nobody came to remove the leftover materials so we ended up removing everything after a week so our grass wouldn’t have a Hugh dead spot there was still quite a few roofing nails though out the front yard and backyard I managed to get most of that picked up but overall the roof looks great

The workers showed up around 7:00 AM and got right to work. They checked in with us as needed. They were quick to start and finished the job earlier than expected. Our roof is beautiful. I'll start off by saying I'm kind of a cheap guy. It started with getting quotes from local companies for cheap fair prices. I only contacted eerie because of all the advertising I saw and that can offer great deals for an awsome product. So the sales people come into my home for 2 plus hours promoting their product. It was time consuming but beneficial and everything seemed well. Their prices were significantly, double or more the local quotes for a slightly superior product. Fantastic operation! A large crew showed up, They were very quick and efficient, kept the pace no sitting around, they were here to get the job done and they did. After each phase of the job was done it was inspected by the city. The job was complete in 1 1/2 days. Started on Tuesday and had it completed and thoroughly cleaned up by Wednesday at 4pm it was fantastic.
