Erie was great. I worked with Sam and he was crawling in my attic space to find all my issues took pictures and explained the situation fully. He showed me the products and comparisons to traditional shingles and I was able to see the benefit. I was told they were a bit backed up for installs but they were able to get me in much sooner than they thought. Install was great. They sent 3 guys and got it all done in 2 days. After completion they Picked up every scrap and nail on the property. Great job guys!

The work was performed as promised. The workers arrived on time and did a professional work. The end result looked great and the clean up excellent. I was extremely satisfied.

People were great at letting me know when job would be done. The crew that did job was friendly but the foreman of job arrived couple hours later than crew. The person who dropped off trash trailer messed up my edging by road. When asked they told me they don't recycle gutters and whatever else could be which is something I feel they could work on. Overall experience and look of roof and gutters is good, would probably recommend company.

Team knew what they were doing. 10 sheets of plywood had to be replaced, this was quick work. Job well done, clean, and looks great.

The installers were very productive and careful to cleanup all the debris that blew around my property and in my neighbors yards after being given permission to go there. It was very cold the first day and I'm impressed with their dedication and professional touches on this beautiful roof they put on my home.

Your work is amazing. 1 day to rip off the old shingles and replace with the new is incredible. It looks so clean and neet. I love the look of the sides. It's like nothing I have seen on any other house. Thank you for your great work and dependability.

The sales pitch was a HARD pitch. They were the only company we contacted who did a full inspection and actually got into the attic space and located our issues we were having with our 25 year old roof. We went with the fiber glass shingle as it was a huge upgrade from what we had. The overall communication from Erie was sub-par. I had to reach out to find out when we were on the schedule, and the install manager wasn't even going to come out until I requested they do.
