The sales team and the installers were knowledgeable and friendly. The sales team explained everything and took the time to answer any questions that we had. The installers were professional and considerate. They took the time to clean up at the end of the day. Because of the shape of the roof, it took them 2 days to complete the job. Thank you to all of the Erie staff.
Workers were all great at their job. Cleaned up nicely afterwards. The roofing was done as planned and looks beautiful.

Sales process is as expected, with initial price quote followed by customer incentives and urgency to secure contract at the first meeting. Snowed night before and crew removed snow and old roofing, cut a ridge vent and installed new metal shingle style roofing system and cleaned up all in one day. Very impressed. Only negative was missed some roofing nails because of the snow, honestly to be expected, but they did come back a couple of days later and did another sweep for nails. Very happy with our experience and would recommend. ******** WI
