I purchased a metal roof that’s supposed to be resistant to 2 1/2” hail and 120 mile an hour winds. The job that Erie Homes did on the replacement of the roof was great. I couldn’t tell you if the price I paid for the roof is a good price. I would need to know how much each of the materials cost for the amount of area my roof is. This would have been a least a 4 star review but the last few interactions with **** and their employees have been less than stellar. Firstly, I must say that the roof replacement is very costly but we understood that in the beginning. After signing all the paperwork we set a date for the replacement. The materials were sent to our home late, but we spoke with the install manager and things got back on track. The roof was completed in a day and so was cleanup. Here's where the problem comes in.
