Everyone we talked to was very thorough and made sure all our questions were answered or bumps along the way were taken care of. The installation took a little longer than expected, but that was because of our house. They were still efficient and cleaned up after themselves before the left. All-in-all a very good experience!

I needed a new roof in the middle of winter, and **** got it done in two days. Theyll tell you themselves theyre not the cheapest, but they use good quality materials, and can arrange financing. My only complaint is that clean up afterwords was not as promised.

We contacted Erie online & arranged a visit by *****. His visit sold us on the product. We liked the shingles (does not mold or discolor), the way the underlayment was put down, and the description of how the roof valleys would be addressed. We wanted something that would last but our HOA would not allow any type of metal so we chose the fiberglass shingle option. We also liked the in house warranty that Erie Home offers. Overall great experience. Pricey but shingles and materials were excellent quality. Added a much needed ridge vent and replaced OSB throughout. Great communication and excellent customer service. Cleaned up well and very respectful of my entire family.

The company seemed to be fairly disorganized and communicated poorly. And services were VERY expensive, nearly 50% higher than other roofing companies in the area.Installation was fast, with a winter install being scheduled and executed in less than a month's time, which was necessary with the issues that we were having with our home insurance.Overall the install looks good, but was a bit rushed, and looks a bit "sloppy" around the chimney and dormers.If we were not in such a rush to have this installed, we would have put mo... read more
