Excellent service and quick response to concerns. Performed an extensive inspection of roof and reported on issues. If you want your old roof ripped off and an exact replacement, this might not be the company for you. They show you this issues with your current roof and how to fix them, not just redo them. They were a little more expensive but we see value in their service and product.
I needed a new roof for my house, since the 20-year roof was about 35 years old. **** responded quickly to my quote request, and did a very through presentation showing what they could offer, and the technical details of the proposed roof. They were certainly not the cheapest option, but I liked their 30 year warranty, and based on what they showed us, we were confident their roof would hold-up. Every person I delt with at **** was very knowledgeable, professional and delivered everything in a timely manner. Clean up was excellent.
Quick and efficient work as promised. Clean up was the reason for 4 not 5 stars. Since the roof installation was completed, weve found about 10 nails so far in the yard. There was also a bit of a language barrier on day 2 with the crew, but we were able to reach **** easily by phone and managed to resolve the problem! Would definitely recommend Erie Home.
Erie Home was professional from the very first meeting until the last shingle was laid and everything cleaned up. Could not believe how fast and efficient this team was. Unbelievable that they completed the job in one day (all though it was a long day)! Clean up was very good. I only found two nails after they left.
