The roof was costly, but that was justified by the quality aspects: the high-tech underlayment membrane, the structure of the shingles, and the installation techniques (all screws, no nails). All these features underpin the very extensive warranty. The crew was highly skilled and efficient.

Sales team was very informative and answered all of our concerns. The work crew was professional, and on task on what was over a twelve hour work day. Cleanup was diligent. Very impressed! My one problem after all the great work is that it seems to be a challenge to get somebody to respond to a text or voice-mail from me.

All staff we worked with was professional and knowledgeable. They were the first company we worked with to take the time to understand our roofs condition. They were thorough in the cleaning process and our roof looks beautiful.

The workers were quiet and respectful of property. Luis was good informing us what was being done and why .Our new roof looks great and some neighbors have given compliments.It was good working with Erie home.

I'm very satisfied with my experience with Erie Home. Everyone that I dealt with were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They were willing and able to work with me on the financial side that was satisfactory for me. The installation of my roof was done in a timely manner. Clean up was very good. My roof looks great. Was very pleased with the new roof. Workers were fast, professional, and polite was happily surprised that tear-off, repairs ,and new roof were all completed in one day. The cleanup was beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend to use them for future projects.

Our House is cooler in temperature, especially the top floor. The top floor used to get hotter prior to the new roof. Now it feels noticeably cooler on hot days.
