Erie homes kept me informed on what was happening at every step before the installation.The crew that did the installation was professional. And kept working all day even though it was bitterly cold that day when they left it was dark and the property was cleaned up I did not find any old or scrap materials left behind. I worked with ******* on everything before during and after the installation and she answered every question I asked.

Once we agreed to purchase the product, they delivered the material and started within a week. Much quicker than I anticipated. Once they covered the ground with tarps, they began removing the old shingles. Much my surprise there was much more damage than anticipated. Instead of just patching, they took the time to re-deck the whole roof. Im sure they werent planning on doing that. Because of the additional decking, it took them a couple of days to finish the job. From start to finish the team was great. The weather was not good several inches of snow which made the clean up difficult. All in all the roof looks great so far. I would definitely recommend Erie again for my home projects.
