Their product is excellent. The sales department has some fast talker's. I did not really see any break out numbers just totals. I paid one third down and obtained my own financing. I was told there were all sorts of discounts including my military discount. But I never saw a breakdown. Very expensive but with one of the best warranties around.

The sales pitch was somewhat long,but understand there was a lot of information to go through.The sales people were knowledgable, patient and provided great detail.After the contract was signed, I was contacted the next day to discuss install date and process. Mr. ***** was clear, concise and professional. A snowstorm hit,so the install was delayed for a couple of weeks. Sales reps explained options and pricing, the products used, the scope of work and how the project would proceed so we could make an informed decision. Snow in mid project had us concerned but they kept our home dry, finished the job and cleaned up well in spite of piles of snow around the house. The main office and work manager both followed up within a few days of completion to make sure everything was satisfactory, which it was.

Just had my roof replaced be Erie and they were great. I had multiple roof estimates but they were the most through and professional. My roof looks great, I had so many options to choose from it was hard to decide on one color and design. I highly recommend them. They clean everything up after installation and I couldn’t be happier.
